Wednesday, November 11: Professor Saloua Zerhouni, Political Science Department, Mohammed V University, Morocco; Professor Driss Maghraoui, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Al-Akhawayn University, Ifrane, Morocco: “The Challenges of Reforms in Morocco”

Wednesday, November 18: Ms. Gillian Martin Sorenson, United Nations Foundation: “The United Nations and the United States: Controversy and Opportunity… Where do we go from here?”
The International Seminar Series is a speakers' program that offers students, faculty, staff and communities at large interesting opportunities to learn about global issues and activities. Guest speakers are usually experts on their presentation topics.
The Seminar Series is organized by the Unit for International Linkages, Office of International Studies and Programs, and the Women's Studies Program. International Seminar Series events for Fall 2009 are offered every Wednesday during the lunch hour (Noon–1 p.m.) and are always free and open to the public. Free pizza is also provided. The seminars take place in the Bone Student Center's East Lounge, 3rd Floor.
