International Seminar Series

On Wednesday, April 18, Illinois State's International Seminar Series will welcome Professor Kyle Powys Whyte from the Department of Philosophy at Michigan State University as he presents "Indigenous Peoples, Solar Radiation Management, and Climate Change," in the Bone Student Center's 1st Floor West Lounge from Noon to 1 p.m. See other Seminar Series events.

Experts from a variety of fields gather to present on current global issues, and free pizza and beverages are provided. Events are organized by the Unit for International Linkages and the ISU's Women's Studies Program.

International Studies Seminar Series

The International Studies Seminar Series is a speakers' program that offers students, faculty, staff and communities at large interesting opportunities to learn about global issues and activities. Guest speakers are usually experts on their presentation topics.  Seminar Series events strive to offer a balanced world view by covering many different countries and regions. The Seminar Series is organized by the Unit for International Linkages, Office of International Studies and Programs, and the Women's Studies Program.

International Studies Seminar Series events are offered every Wednesday during the lunch hour (Noon–1 p.m.) and are always free and open to the public. Free pizza is also provided. The seminars take place in the Bone Student Center's 1st Floor West Lounge.
