Information for New Student Orientation is forthcoming. Watch this space!

You Have Just Been Admitted to Illinois State, Now What?

There are important steps to take before you attend ISU. These involve taking care of Immigration processes, making travel arrangements to Illinois State, choosing where you will live, and attending International Student Orientation Week. The following information is designed to help you get started. Please let us know if you have any questions.

After you have been admitted, you will receive a "Pre-Arrival Welcome Packet. " Your packet will include information about immigration (how to applying for your visa, how to pay the SEVIS fee, entering the U.S., etc.), as well as details about orientation and how and when to arrive at ISU. You will also receive an official acceptance letter and an Immigration document to help you apply for your international student visa.
