Many immigration-related issues require that you submit an application to ISSS. Applications are processed by your ISSS Advisor.
All applications are processed within 10 business days from the date your ISSS Advisor has all application materials on file. The exception to this is new student SSN Letter Requests, which are not processed until after the 10th day of classes.
If your application is missing documentation or needs corrected in any way, your clock does not start until that new documentation is on file or the correction has been made.
If you have received an email from ISSS that your document is ready for pick-up, please visit the front desk on the second floor of Fell Hall to retrieve your document during pick-up hours.
Please review the pick-up schedule (below) and call the front desk at 309-438-1151 before visiting Fell Hall to confirm your document is there and the front desk is open.
